Inescapable spot on Nostromo

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: There is at least one spot on Nostromo Wreckage where players will get stuck upon entry. The survivor stuck in the spot was live on Twitch and may be able to provide a good description or even a video of what happened. I hid the streamer's name in the video though because I don't know if I can put a random player's name in the video.
PLATFORM: Steam/PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was an observer, not someone who encountered it. The players in my game, the killer and one teammate, seemed to have entered the area and just got stuck.
