Hex: Pentimento

So most players only use Pentimento for the 30% slower gens and maybe the 30% slower heals. But it also slows down Recovery rate on the ground, Exit Gate opening, and blocks all totems. But most of the time ( I would say 99%) the last three never happen. Should it be nerfed and only slow down gens or should the first rekindled totem also slows down the exit gate along with gens and the healing and recovery rate could also be combined so totems 3 and 4 could just increase the slowdown to 40% or 50% with Totem 5 blocking all Totem?

    the last 3 never happen because of ordering. the only way you'd ever make it possible to get other bonuses is if you made first bonus block all penti totems than all other bonuses.

    The 3rd and 4th effects are lackluster because the perk isn't really designed to have that many tokens in most cases. A lot of games you just don't get that at all, but even when you do it often can be better to only have 1 or 2 active at a time to force survivors to spend a bit longer going to the correct totem to cleanse (if they are checking the ones they cleansed), since the repair penalty is the most important component of the perk followed by the healing penalty. Frankly even if the 3rd and higher effects didn't exist at all it would not substantially change the strength of the perk, they kinda just exist.

    Either way, I think Pentimento is fine, I don't really think it needs a nerf but it is a good perk and making the 3rd and 4th effects more relevant would be a buff that it honestly just doesn't need because it's already strong enough as it is.
