    that's obviously a movement speed cheat (not at all subtle) but the devs will remove this thread because it's against their rules or something.

    If you reported them ingame, you can submit a support ticket with this video and the guy will actually get banned - or you can move on, since he probably has more accounts anyway.

    I wouldnt say they are subtle lol definitely speed hacks. I once had a survivor teleport to my location everytime i went to pick someone up and it didnt matter if i was looking at a wall or the opposite direction, they could blind from any angle, instantly, with infinite flashlight. Then when it came to catching them at the gate they were on the leaver and could not be hit, the exact milisecond the door open they teleport through to the end of the exit zone.

    subtle would be if it was barely noticeable, speed at which this Claudette for example was moving while holding flashlight is significantly higher even than merely with Champion of Light equipped.
