Simple Solution To The Freddy "Slug Potential" Problem

Survivors being healed from the dying state cannot be teleported to, and do not give killer instinct.
Downing a survivor no longer wakes them up.
Win/win for both Freddy and the survivors. Survivors don't have to worry about a slugging freddy, and Freddy doesn't have to waste time putting a survivor back to sleep after they're healed from the dying state.

a simple solution to slugging. all survivor start the trial as broken. they are able to pick themselves up indefinitely.

I'm not sure he'll be able to teleport to you in the couple seconds it takes to get picked up with a maxed recovery bar.
