Oni and Leverage
Lately been playing Oni and remembered a perk called Leverage which was recently reworked. Maybe I'm late to the party but it has natural synergy with Oni.
If you don't know, when unhooking a survivor, Leverage activates and reduces the unhookers healing speed by 50%. The strategy I'm using is encourage survivors to heal right after unhook which means avoiding tunneling. They spend extra time healing and leave a nice blood pool in the process, bigger than normal. I'm still tinkering with it, and might try other perks that reduce healing to see if I can get more value. However, I am weighing that against the value of using traditional perks instead for the sake of aggression and making chase easier outside of blood rage. I hope to hear other Oni mains thoughts.

Sounds like Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain would be a winner with this… wouldn't encourage healing, but it'd mean you have blood in spades xD
I know I would hate it as survivor xD
Edit: Deathbound is also nasty on Oni.

Provided there is a scourge hook nearby, it would certainly help Oni's early game if he can get it first hook.

Floods of rage, Jagged Compass, Gift of Pain, Leverage
Then you can use any hook you want… not his best build, but fun
My best builds would be:- Unforseen, Nowhere to hide, Lethal, Eruption (this is very good and easy to play build)
- Corrupt, Pain res, Coup, Infectious Fright (I think this is best, if you have good game sense)

Also Blight, Legion, Wraith, Deathslinger and used to be Skully (RIP)…
Kinda funny I play mostly original killers, because I like to switch cosmetics a lot. I need to look good while killing survivors, right?

trust me, Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain is so much better option for him since it also has punishment in terms of action speed debuff for healing, which is also extremely important against him.
THO, you can combine these two and wreak havoc, follow it with Jagged Compass and you'll have every hook at your disposal
