SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In my customizations my outfits/skins don’t appear on any killer/survivor. They do appear in the store, just not my inventory. Very confused . I will also mention that I have restarted the game and restarted my console multiple times and nothing changed. I even took a 5 hour break and came back to the same issue.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I played one game, went to change my cosmetic, and they disappeared from my inventory.

You have filters on. Click the button next to the search bar that looks like tag. There just click owned and unclick everything else and it should show you all your owned cosmetics.
