Survivor Unhook Glitch

When a survivor has the ability to unhook themselves. If they do it at the last possible second it will show they have two hooks even though the animation does not show the survivor going into tier 2. Then they can proceeded to be hooked again and then go into the tier 2 stage but they are unable to be unhooked by another survivor. This was tested in a private match.
All you have to do is be able to unhook yourself, either with a special perk, anti camping mechanic or by pure luck. Wait about 4-5 seconds after the hooks look completely formed then remove yourself from the hook.
The two videos below are 2 different instances of us re-creating the issue.
