Who is currently stronger between Freddy and Skull merchant?

Freddy is the version before the new rework.

Freddy. He might not have much else, but gen teleporting is a strong power to have.

Hard to describe, but the best way I can think to put it is that Freddy has a power, Skull Merchant has the Undetectable Status for awhile after placing a drone.
