SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I have Vecna's bloody knife even though I'm only Prestige 4 and should have only the bloody head.

PLATFORM: Steam

    You should have the knife not the head. You get the weapon on LVL4, torso on LVL5 and head on LVL6.

    Like the other person said. They started to give you the bloody head as P4 reward with newer characters instead of the weapon for some reason.

    Chiming in.

    With the release of the Dungeons & Dragons chapter, the order in which prestige cosmetics are assigned was changed for a then unknown reason. On Survivor, the order should be Torso, Legs, Head but was changed to Head, Torso, Legs. The same happened on Killer (with the intended order being Weapon, Torso, Head).

    Funnily enough this did not work retroactively, so prestiging any character from before the D&D chapter would give you the bloody cosmetics in the correct order.

    However, this turned out to be a bug and was fixed in the 8.4.0. patch: "Fixed an issue that caused Aestri Yazar, Lara Croft, Trevor Belmont, The Lich and The Dark Lord Prestige outfits unlock in wrong order."

    It looks like they didn't take away the wrong prestige item, causing you to now have 2 of them while still on P4.
