Why Alien tunnel spawns are so bad...
Summary of the video:
Chest spawns are decided first AND THEN killer powers (such as alien, plage, etc) which both use the same spawns, so more chests = more bad spawns for your killer power.
The problem:
A mod just said "not a bug" and that's it. Nothing else.
So what if I played pig during the anniversary and made 3 boxes all spawn next to each other and camped them all game so survivors were forced to lose. That's not a bug still and is an intended feature BHVR? Cuz if so I'm definitely gonna do that cuz that sounds fun to do!

I thought the tunnel mouths were attached to hooks. That’s usually where I see it emerge from

Nope most killer powers you can interact with use chest spawns (plague, pig, nemi, wesker, alien, sadako, etc). It's the reason why for example on swamp the main building tunnel as Alien is so s*** because there's a guaranteed chest spawn on main on those maps which blocks it.
