PTBs as Events

Instead of having the PTB that only Steam players can access why not make it an Event that all players can access? The Event could have all the updated Perks, add-ons, Killers, maps, etc. that they wanna test and we could still play normal if we want.

That would be interesting.

Steam allows for fast changes and patches. Other platforms don't allow that without using money at least, or have too many difficulties
