Can't unlock perk

Hi guys,
It's been a while since I last played DBD (I mean like 2-3 years), and apparently before I stopped playing I had "Lithe" on some of my characters (Claudette, Dwight, etc.), but now I've purchased Lara, and I can't unlock it. The web just won't give me anymore perks, and I can't seem to unlock Lithe, I'm very confused, anyone knows why?

    They changed the way perks unlock a while back to make progression maintainable in the long run.

    Now, rather than unlocking teachables via the bloodweb nodes, you unlock teachables by prestiging the character at P1, P2, and P3, which unlocks them at T1, T2 and T3 respectively.

    For example, if you want Lithe on Lara, you now get Feng Min to Prestige 1 which will unlock all 3 of her teachable perks at Tier 1 on EVERY character you own - forever. It will also make the T2 version of those perks appear on Lara's bloodweb. You can then either unlock Tier 2 and 3 by either levelling Lithe up on Lara's bloodweb, OR if you prestige Feng Min to P3, you'll unlock Tier 3 Lithe on every character without having to find it on the bloodweb.

    This may seem like more work initially, but eventually so long as you have all the characters at P3, you have access to all teachable perks at tier 3 on every character you own, and only have to P3 the new characters coming out to keep up.

    So I have to buy Feng Min and prestige her now? And how is it possible that I had her perk on someone else?

    Did you initially have Lithe unlocked via the shrine rather than purchasing Feng?

    Yes, I think so, unless they actually removed her from my characters bc now I don't have her.

    Okay - if you purchased it from the shrine (which if you have it on Dwight, Claudette, etc. would make sense), Tier 1 should be available in Lara's perks if you look for it.

    If you don't have lithe at all on Lara but you do on other characters and Feng is locked you may need to contact support to find out why you have a mismatch.
