Way to punish the killer for using his power: with lengthy cooldown. Can't they come up with anything else for balance? And I know it's two different effects, but if you look at the numbers, this is a net 1.5 second loss for the killer. Half a second longer slowdown for 2 seconds more of waiting. I can't believe they always play so safe with killer design.

eh you shoot a survivor it’s 4.5 second hinder so it’s only a 2.5 sec difference to hit them if it connects.

pretty heavy nerf for a character that did not need any. 5.0 hinder -7 second is 2 second cooldown +charge time to activate it, so around ~3.5 seconds.
Edit: They also nerfed garden rake & jump rope add-on, Adjust numbers. Apparently fake pallet got adjust in the most irrelevant way

Yea because having a 5 second hinder on a 5 sec CD was totally fair

no nothing change. you can tell which pallet are fake and which pallets are not fake. you also get stunned by your own pallets.

The devs buffed the duration for the hindered stayus effect and nerfed the cooldown. The issue is that his Dream Snares are also used for putting survivor into the dream world.
Overall, it is more of a nerf than a buff or a fair deal. I cannot understand why the went this direction. It would be fair to have a 6 seconds cooldown for a slightly longer Hindered status effect but 7 seconds for only 0.5 seconds and nerfing the ability to put survivors into the Dream world is not really fair

Changes seem good to me. I am not going to play him anyway, because of no skins tho…

Not an overall nerf on the addons. They just took the values they added to the basekit off of them.
Running the addons on the PTB and Live will have the same effect, it's just the difference between the basekit and with the addons is now smaller.

his overall base-kit is worse. he got a 12% increase in duration but a 40% increase in cooldown. bvhr buff killer by 12% but nerfs but 40%.
the nerf is 4x the buff. total joke. the result is that his hindered was around 60-70% uptime. now the hinder is less then 30% up-time. it is like 50% nerf to his ability.

But this is what y'all don't get: this is one of the weakest killers in the game right now. Release him strong, see how he performs, AND THEN nerf if necessary. Again, arguably weakest killer in the game, and you're happy with preemptive negatives and punishes to him using his power. In a lot of cases, he'll be weaker than he is now. Clown world.

I don't think he will be C tier, he still has a lot of okish tools on his hands. But needs testing, with immunity still a thing he definately will be punching bag against good survivor. Will see to what degree.0
