Several older killers did. They started making unique chase themes for every killer when Demo came out, ever since then each new killer has had their own but prior to that most killers had the default music. Before then, the only killer who had their own chase music was Myers.
Billy, Nurse, Hag, Doctor, Clown, Spirit, Legion, and Ghostface all used to have the default chase themes, their current themes have all been implemented in updates to those killers and were not originally in the game at their release.

Another fun fact about Spirit... is she used Nurse's stun sound on her PTB :)
Another another fun fact: Each killer only started getting their own menu themes with Clown, which didnt come with a brand new lobby, only the music. This music how ever would also play when selecting a survivor or killer in the lobby! This didnt last long though as it was changed when Legion was released, and the patch right after the 3 killers that had their own menu themes when released (Clown, Spirit and Legion) now played when you selected said character (just like today)
As for lobby visuals, they only started changing to match the chapters theme with Onis release.
Speaking of Oni.. BHVR pls bring back pov music I beg you 🙏

It would be neat for every time you select a killer their lobby would change to their theme.

In fact, every Killer besides Myers had default chase music. That was till Demogorgon got released, from that point onward, every new Killer got their own music and they also gradually updated the music for older Killers with their respective power update. (most of them at least)
