Awwwww Y'ALL! This is so obscenely nice!
Truly, this is a game I love and I'm constantly blown away by the work of this team - our entire incredible Community team and the dev team as a whole - and it's a pleasure to have a chance to work so close to these forums. You'll no doubt be seeing lots of our Community team (myself very included) on these forums and across other channels this year. Whether it's bug reporting or gathering feedback, we want to make sure you're not just feeling heard, but also seeing that in tangible actions!
So all that to say, thank you all so much for the warm welcome!!
A ThatRyanB Appreciation Post

I wanted to give a shoutout to @ThatRyanB
Ryan has been in the forum trenches over the last month or so engaging with the community and most importantly, providing updates on bugs and bug fixes. One of the most frustrating things about bhvr over the years has been lack of communication/transparency about problems with the game and Ryan has definitely been great engaging with us.
I think we tend to take those things for granted but it’s tough dealing with complaints in a professional way but Ryan has been doing just that and I for one greatly appreciate it.
Thank you @ThatRyanB

What a kind message ☺️
Yes definitely. It can’t be easy constantly confronting raw displeasure and harassment. The team will always always always have my gratitude for what they do here every single day.

Validating bugs/feedback is one thing but there hasn't been much insight like how Peanits used to provide. Eventually it'll come off like a Reddit AMA.

Yeah it's weird seeing a dev interact with the forums tbh but it is nice to see them continuing to do it especially considering how toxic this place usually is lol, can't always be easy.

yea ever since peanits took a step down from being a community manager, it felt for a few weeks there was a lack of transparency and communication between the devs and the community but ever since Ryan has stepped in he’s been doing a FANTASTIC job interacting with the community and making sure the bugs we submit are being forwarded to the team at a reasonable time. Ryan and Mandy have been amazing community managers here in the forums and we can’t thank them enough, without them it would feel like we are being left in the dark waiting for crumbs on what is happening BTS. @Mandy and @ThatRyanB keep doing what you do and we as a community appreciate everything you both have done for us!
