My thoughts on each new Rift outfit
Given that Jane hasn't been given many compelling outfits through the Rift, I'll gladly take this one. Though ultimately it's not especially my thing. So I doubt I'll be using Jane any more than I have in the past.
Pretty cool Plague outfit, arguably one of her best. Gotta decide if I prefer this one or her butterfly outfit..
Yun Jin has better looks, though this one ain't bad for a free outfit. The glowing eyes are a pretty cool touch, too.
I'm not the biggest Jake fan, so maybe I'm not judging this fairly. But it honestly feels kind of boring to me. But again, eyes are cool.
I feel most of Hag's outfits are pretty ugly, so I was happily surprised to see we got a recolor of one of her prettiest looks! I also like that it has pretty immersive colors, unlike her last rift skin that was blindingly white for some reason.
I'm a big fan of David, but I'm honestly not feeling this skin. The top and pants are okay, but the head is just bizarre. Strange ponytail, goofy glasses, unappealing moustache, really not a fan.
As someone who likes muscles, hence my liking of David, I'm quite a fan of this look for Blight. Whether intentional or not, he almost looks like a Cenobite, which I think is pretty cool.
As a Jeff fan, I'm eating GOOD with this recolor. Love how he has face paint and glowing eyes, similar to his best outfit, Black Metal. Plus I don't need to buy his Brazil outfit anymore, getting it for free instead!
Pretty decent outfit, a W for Thalita.
As far as recolors go, this one's pretty good. Though I've already got better Trapper skins, like Krampus and Blighted. So I probably won't be using it much.
Pretty cool, definitely one of Knight's better skins. Though if you've already got his Headless Horseman look, I doubt anything will ever top that.
It's nice to see Julie finally get some love, and I say this as a filthy Susie fan. It's an appealing outfit with a good mix of cool, cute, and sexy.
I'm sure some people will like this. But as an established enjoyer of muscle-bound men, this twink isn't really doing it for me.
The outfit's decent, but the hair? Eh, no thanks. But yet again, the glowing eyes are cool.
I've lately been thinking how I don't really have any good Huntress skins. Sure, there's the recent Christmas one, but that's not very applicable outside of Winter months. Now with this one, I feel like my prayers have finally been answered! Love the edgy, gothic vibe with the armor and chains. Plus I get to see her huge, magnificent, muscular body~

I'm going to contribute my own opinions to this as well if you don't mind.
1. The Plague skin is her 3rd actually decent skin she's ever gotten IMO
2. The Hag recolor could've been done better. The original version of the skin is much better IMO but I suppose it is nice to have options.
3. I also made the cenobite connection with the blight skin... Looks wise I'm not too upset with this skin and I like the muscle definition as well… My only ick is that god awful collar; unique as it is, something about it makes me use the skin less often.
4. Trapper skin is cool for the weapon and eye color alone everything else especially the back of the body is meh. Not fond of the original skin either so this one is middle of the road. I'll gladly stick to using hockey trapper.
5. Knight skin is also meh, death mask is super cool until you see the back. Sword is… strange to say the least. Everything else feels like it's just there to hold the skin together. There's nothing particularly interesting to note about the body besides the fact he's partially shirtless which I know the community goes insane for.
6. Legion skin is buns, the original is bad too.
7. I'm back and forth on the huntress skin. First of all gotta say that huntress has all the good skins IMO. Were-elk, Baba Yaga, Mordeo (I don't like mordeo but it is the best crypt tv skin imo) and so much more. This skin is also pretty sweet. I like the axe, the body aint bad, ;) and the headpiece is peak, cant get enough of it.
8. I couldn't care less about any of the survivor skins besides Jeff's. Jeff's is super good just because of the face paint eye color combo.3 -

Yeah, Plague skins generally ain't that great. I'm guessing the other two decent ones you're referring to are Maiden of Vanity (butterfly) and Sea Goddess?
While I do think Huntress has some good skins, they're all expensive shop ones. And none of them appealed to me quite enough to splurge on them, especially considering I don't play her much. I was stuck with just her Apex Ursine outfit from the rift for years, which is only okay. So yeah, it's nice to finally get this new one.
I'm the same on the survivor skins, Jeff is the only one I'm actually excited to get. Which is crazy, because it's just a recolor.

Maiden of vanity? Yes. Sea goddess? Not so much. I kind of forgot that one exists and I'll admit it's not bad compared to some others but still not top 3 for me. I was thinking of Desperate Plea (Ram's horns)

That makes you a smarter shopper than me my friend because I spend money on killers I rarely even play.. But that's a discussion for another day lol. I actually have the axe from apex ursine but never got around to finishing that rift unfortunately. Anyway glad that the rift has graced you with a new option for huntress and a good one at that.1 -
Picture Jane's outfit without those purple streamers and it's just perfection. I think they really ruined a lovely outfit with that purple. I get they want to stay on theme with the purple but they could have done something a bit more subtle.

I like most of the rift skins but, on the Survivor side, my preference is always always always to use colour swatches that match or compliment whatever the character's other cosmetics are like, so that you can mix and match outfits. So, this set of rift cosmetics all match each other and look cohesive, but they mostly don't match the characters' other cosmetics.
Like, David's most notable characteristic is still that he can't dress himself and none of his clothes go together and that doesn't seem to change no matter how many outfits he gets.

The Jane (though the giant colorful ribbons make it kinda impractical), Thalita, Plague, and Knight are winners for me, the rest are pretty forgettable.
It's not even the color for me, it's how prominent they are. It's like advertising your location to the killer. Which is a shame because it's great outside of that feature.

As a broke person, I’ll take a win when I can. I like all of the free outfits, aside from Jake, who is for some reason doing an Ace cosplay.
Also, another free Hag skin? Man, I sure am eating good this year.

Yeah that's what I meant by subtle. Compare Thalita's outfit to Jane's. Both following the purple theme, which is fine, but why did Jane need the neon? Thalita's is alot more subtle.

The Yun-Jin one is an abomination. It looks like a combination somebody would put together if they’re actively trying to make an ugly outfit just for the fun of it. I don’t know what would possess somebody to combine that shirt with those pants? It’s such a bizarre choice. That shirt looks nice with her default black leather skirt, but with cargo pants? Absolutely not!
