STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:Some times when the Nemesis attack with the tentacle,on the survivor screen The Nemesis didn't have tentacle attack animation.

    Can confirm this happens as far back as he was launched, and it happens on PC too
