Pigs Head traps.

Simple change but Head Traps only activate when a generator is completed. Should they also activate after a set amount of time like 120 seconds? It doesn't have to be Basekit but maybe an addon.

    If you can't do anything for 120 seconds, you're bad and should lose.

    Hmmmm... would mostly not come into play, even if 99ing gens survivors are likely wasting more time than its worth if it does come into play... so it's a niche change....

    Might be a nice thing to still permit headtraps to do something after gates are powered... the big questions are:

    • Does being chased pause this timer?
    • Does being hooked or slugged pause this timer?
    • Is the survivor allowed to escape with a headtrap still on their heads?

    If the answer is no... not a bad change idea at all... but getting caught at the end while a trap is still in play is a death sentence... 🤔

    Might work as a "just leave" mechanic if a survivor can still leave while the trap is not active... but are always on the timer through a hook and what not... it's interesting to think about 🤔

    Yeah mainly just acts like a normal trap once activated. I would say mainly for the endgame if you have any traps left. But if you do by endgame chances are you played bad that game. But you are right about it mostly not coming into play.
