how about 2v6 or 2v4?
Many survivors like to play in a team, but 8 players is too many and chaotic, what if we reduced the number of players to 6-4, but gave them 4-6 stages of hooks and back perks in addition to class skills, Would you play this mode more often as a survivor?

I would give them stronger loops and maybe one more health state instead more hooks. I find 8 players fine but problem is we have too many people wanting to play killers instead so that's why I think actual 2vs6 might be viable option. Giving survivors some big buffs like that should made the side interesting. Most people don't want to play with bots.
Other options could be try to make them useful. Make them less afraid of terror radius and make them go for saves in endgame instead leaving the actual persons to die...

How about we just do away with this whole unenjoyable charade every two months and concentrate on the problems the core game has, not just create even more?

LOL! You don't have to play it my friend. I think it is fun and a break from the normal, plus the bloodpoints are noice too. I can also get some of my tomes I skipped done.

I don't see how it could work. So many elements of the game are based around a 4v1 scenario. You'd basically have to reimagine the whole game for it to make sense.

2vs6 with default original weaker killers might be better.

With survivor bots it might as well be a 4v6 so i’d rather not

Personally, I'm intrigued by 2v6. I’d love to see it in action at least once!

2v4 but survivors get 6 hookstates.
Everyone is in the game for longer so early elimination isn't a thing anymore.
