legion and bots in 2v8
legion and bots make the 2v8 game mod horrible to play as survivor. legion is just spamming his power over and over forcing you to mend 80% of the match and bots are terrible. i see a legion in 90% of the time when i play and it is awful this game mod is ruined because of that.

Just stand under pallet and stun him when he hits you so he can't get more hits…

You say that as if its 100% chance to stun, in reality that results in a wasted pallet most of the time.

You mean while there is way more pallets than normal and survivors can also rebuild pallets?

I mean I understand the complaint because Legion can get annoying. But like stabbing everyone is literally all Legion can do, lol. So like in my mind if you want something different, then the devs would legit have to change Legion's kit entirely or reduce the amount of Feral Slashes needed to put someone down (for example how in normal 1v4 matches, the fifth consecutive Feral Slash will put any survivor into the dying state).

Thats not all, if the legion is fast enough from previous hits, he can move away from a pallet before getting stunned

I have seen that as well! I have also been hit through downed pallets….which was strange. Not as dropping, standing on the other side of the pallet as if it isn't even there.

You simply need to master the art of Legion Chicken.
That or force a hit AND a stun at the same time so they can't continue the chain, you'll always be safe since you can't run Enduring in this mode.

You can't "simply" master something that's pure luck though.

It's a mindgame. There's a bit of luck involved but it's mostly prediction and watching how the Legion plays around pallets.

Well yeah but you can't master reading the mind of someone else is what i'm saying. There is still a good chance you waste pallets doing this, it's not as compelling as they claimed.

How is it based on luck? It can be if you try to stun him without getting hit, but that is mostly on prediction anyway.
But it has nothing to do with luck if you are willing to take a hit for it… I can do it on reaction, literally waiting for attack animation. It means we will often end on the same side of the pallet, but he can't have enduring in 2v8, so doesn't matter.

Its luck if you have high ping, not everyone can just react that fast.

Sounds as excuses to me.
There is an easy scenerio where it has nothing to do with luck. Not really an issue of Legion, if someone has bad internet or simply lack of skill. It's not like you need to have an insane reaction speed for it.0 -
I dont think the scenario you are talking about works as flawlessly as you think. I have 5k hours locked in and if i remember correctly it only works sometimes.

I have played around 20 games in this 2v8 (it's good for farming challenges) and many of them with Legion for some reason. There were basically only two games where I wasn't able to do it on reaction, because killer had almost 200ms ping.
Otherwise it is very reliable thing for me…
So far worst result I have had against Legion were 4 kills and it was Legion + Nurse. Most of the times they get destroyed tho. Best result I had were 2 hook stages in total :D
I consider Legion to be weakest killer in 2v8 at the moment. Unless all survivors don't know what they are doing…0 -
Yeah i knew it wasn't flawless, i think it also has something to do with the killers on 2v8 vs regular mode. Most of my experience with them are on regular mode where they actually know what they are doing and how to avoid bad situations. 2v8 legions seem to just be playing for fun and not super sweaty.
