Nurse blink not functioning properly

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
(I'm not new to Nurse, this isn't a lack of knowledge issue) Nurse blink works fine for the first few blinks, afterward, even if you wait for your blink to FULLY RECHARGE, it does not let you blink. You blink briefly, but you can't hold your blink to go further. It's as if you were tapping your RMB. It's not a problem with my mouse, either.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. I use my blinks, they work fine for the first few blinks.

2. I figure that this must be something with my mouse or computer. I restart my game, still having the problem, so I close it and just play another game (an FPS game where you need RMB to aim down sights, so this is how I know it isn't a problem with my mouse).

3. Next day, I try playing Nurse again, my blinks are working at the start of the match, but then they randomly stop working.
