Well yeah DBD's version is basically a Wish version but it's still shamelessly copying.

I'm really not seeing it.
Dark purple color palette is a pretty common coloring.
Claws? Not very unique and we have different lengths.
Lashers? Different coloring, different styles (one ethereal, the other more solid), going in different directions.
Pose? Completely different. Even the head tilts are not same.
Headset? Okay, they're both wearing a headset, but that's not a very unique fashion accessory.
On top of those: we have different tops, different skirt lengths, one with ripped stockings vs bare legs, one showing feet the other not, one has a "power" pose, the other more enchanting.

Colour wise and some aesthetics are a bit similar, but I definitely wouldn't say plagarised. Inspired by? Maybe.

I mean I can kind of see it..? But there are so many differences here that I wouldnt call it plagiarized.
If anything Im surprised you didnt mention Trapper, Hillbilly, or Spirit (and there are probably others I aint thinkin of atm)
