Iron Maiden Banner

Two days ago, when I logged into the game, I received an Iron Maiden badge (I only have a T-shirt for Dwight), but as I learned from some, they received both a banner and a badge at once. I bought another T-shirt for Ace today, but I still haven't received the banner. Question: What could be the reason? Is this a bug? How do I get a banner? If I notify the developers, will I get a banner?

    It's probably awarded for buying an Iron Maiden killer skin. I have the Dredge skin and was given the banner
