Or for example, destroy SM for a year instead of correcting the balance, unfortunately, if something is a worse solution, it doesn’t mean that bhvr won’t do it

Due to the massive backlash that basekit Unbreakable got before, I doubt the "anti-slug" is going to be a simple basekit Unbreakable, it will likely have some caveats.
And let's be honest, a bunch of things (not everything) in that "QoL operation" are meaningless, are rendered meaningless by something else, or make something else meaningless.
What possible "anti-slugging" mechanic can coexist with a "surrender-when-slugged" mechanic without making the other irrelevant? How can a mechanic be impactful if the very thing it's trying to address essentially became a 2nd victory condition?

I would want anti-slugging to work ONLY in early game it basically discourage from slugging from start playstyles. Mid and late game if you get full slugged you can simply give up…
