Mad Skills challenge isn't working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Mad Skills challenge from tome 2 level 3 isn't working. Getting 3 survivors to madness 3 in a game isn't registering.

PLATFORM: All

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Pretty straightforward. Played multiple games with Doctor. Saw all four survivors get to madness 3. Challenge didn't register them. Asked some friends to try it on different platforms and no one could complete it.

    Same issue here, I even got all 4 survivors to Madness III at the same time xd, still didn't work…

    Same here except it’s with multiple other challenges not registering, the most recent being the killer side of the “Drop or Chop” challenge (2v8 tome, tier 1) not registering any pallet breaks despite my breaking of 12/13 of them.

    Adding my voice as another one for it. Ran ALL doctor perks in case something wasn't listed that should have been on the challenge. Still a no.

    Please BHVR, the Tomes are your "keep playing" mechanic for a lot of people T-T

    I started playing this awesome game in October 2023. I like the challenges and the information about the survivors and killers. I am facing the same problem. I′ve tried the challenges once a month to see if it is fixed, but sadly, it hasn't been fixed yet.

    I hope you can help us. I thought I was the only one until I find this post saying that it doesn't work on any platform.

    Platform: PC, steam.
