2v8 Flashlight saves can still break survivors

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When someone flashlight saved me, i ended up in 3rd person mode on the huntress. Then, i noticed my distant heartbeat…in the air….and then…well… see screenshot below
I did inmediately die when EGC ended, though, giggle
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 2v8, get downed and picked up by the killer and someone else doing a succesfull flashlight save.

Yup, thats me, you probably wonder how i got up there. I could still move, which was even more wierd.

Note: this seem to happen alot more if you "miss-time" the flashlight blind attempt a little bit too late.
