Hi,

According to Phase 2 there will be accessibility improvements. In this regard I would like to suggest the audio settings are expanded on. Certain audio can be too loud or annoying. Sometimes we want to listen to Spotify over the headphones while playing but then the in-game music will compete with Spotify..
Playing with Heartbeat and no in-game music would also be fun to setup (I had it as a bug once and it was actually quite cool).

Most games have these settings and I think DBD should too. I made an image to demonstrate how updated audio settings could look:
