Why hit and run is never that good for M1 killers.
I play as onryo and it’s really frustrating to hit and run with her only because survivors quickly heal and reset before getting back on gens. I run sloppy butcher it hardly ever works when I use it on her because survivors can just regroup and heal each other. Plus since she can’t commit to chases because the constant gen rushing. And she’s really and in chases. Plus survivors are very smart at playing against her. She needs some type of chase potential buff like asap she needs to be more than just a hit and run killer it’s highly annoying.

If you feel you vsnt followup a hit with another in a chase try mixing in a nurse's calling with your sloppy - good way to catch people healing off guard with the longer heal times.

Since Mangled got a nerf, it's hard to hit and run.
Unless you play as Legion (obviously) or Hag (and only if they are running into your web of traps), it's not worth it.

They really need to undo that unwarranted hemorrhage nerf
What's a person got to do to get some consistent hemorrhaging?

I really feel like there's some context missing here. Like, maybe a video of some gameplay?
If survivors are "quickly grouping up to heal" are they just staying near each other? Sounds like a good place to commit to applying pressure.
The entire point of hit and run is to force survivors to choose between being healthy and spending time healing instead of on gens, vs staying injured on gens and being instadowned of the killer sneaks up on them. You're describing a situation where neither of those are happening.
How long are you taking to find survivors? The concept that "survivors are grouping up to heal each other" and "gen rushing" don't go together at all, unless the killer is wandering the map aimlessly and struggling to find someone consistently, regularly, and for like 20-30+ seconds each time.

Basically only killer who can do it good enough is Wraith…
It's not really viable after Sloppy nerf for most killers.

I kinda get why they did it, not really why they also nerfed Mangled too.

A lot of people on both sides seem to be split as to what's more problematic, hemorrhage or Mangled but I personally thought Mangled was so incredibly boring. At least hemorrhages slowdown only applies if you successfully interrupt a heal.

Issue is on some maps it was very easy to find survivors with Nurse's calling and just keep interrupting them over and over agian, which was definetly very annoying thing to play against.

Which is understandable. I'm a tad biased, because I admit unlimited Hemorrhage is what kept me sticking with The Knight; Monitor makes default Terror Radius just 4m less than the max range of Nurses Calling.
If I could trade the Mangled off Sloppy for permanent Hemorrhage I'd be tickled pink. On the killers end, there's definite feedback that the Hemorrhage works, whereas Mangled feels hard to quantify on the killer side
