Not surprised, when anything is announced as getting gutted next patch everybody spams it, so expect a lot of games with it for the next few weeks unfortunately

That's usually the case with consumables. Ppl wanna use em up before they're useless. I don't really think that's QUITE the same thing here. Ppl who don't usually use a perk would have no reason to use it alot just because it's being changed.
