Bulk Spending not ready before Blood Moon?

As a player who is actively looking to rush prestiges, I was mostly excited about the bulk Spending, quests, and emblem bonuses for this ptb. Unfortunately they are all missing. So if the release schedule is back on track, this would mean that Blood Moon will begin shortly after the chapter launch without all the anticipated QOL changes towards earning and spending bloodpoints.

    Guess I'm gonna have to go back to spending BP at 2 million while passed out again
