Could the PTB be added to the Xbox Insiders Program, to allow Xbox players to join PTBs.
Console players make up a large portion of the DBD community, yet they don’t have access to the PTB. I understand that traditional PTBs may not be possible for consoles, but for Xbox players, wouldn’t it be feasible to run it through the Xbox Insiders Program?
Right now, only Steam players get to test changes and provide feedback before updates go live, which limits community discussion and balance adjustments. If only one part of the community gets to test major updates, it leaves out valuable perspectives from console players.
Would it be possible for BHVR to implement the PTB through the Xbox Insiders Program, similar to how games like Minecraft, Halo, Call of Duty, and Siege have done in the past? This would allow more of the community to participate in balancing discussions before major updates are released.
This could potentially work for Playstation users through the Playstation Beta Program, although it's only available in some regions.

Other games also have PTBs on console for example PUBG.
Tired of people claiming its impossible just because most devs dont bother.
It would also greatly help with PTB queue times.6 -
Exactly, including more games like Fortnite, Forza Horizon, Destiny, Grounded and Elder Scrolls Online have taken advantage of the Xbox Insider Program for testing.

Its also possible on PS btw, not just Xbox.

I think they should just do away with the PTB - put everything live as an ‘early access’ modifier and let anyone access it who wants to.
I don’t see the logic on a small subset of the fan base getting first comment and priority in feedback when they normally have to carry out further changes when it goes live in ‘the real world’ anyway.

we have been needing the floodgates down for the PTB for a while there’s no need for JUST PC players me and my friends all play on console and we feel we been left out for so long. Hopefully we actually do see this change in the future

That would inflate the size of the game since it would have to have both PTB and normal versions of everything. If theyre tweeking a map for example... the unchanged version is STILL in the files until everything is finalized.
