Dispelling Sphere not doing its job

Upon using the Lich's spell "Dispelling Sphere", it's supposed to highlight people with killer instinct, give a score event, and grant them the Dispelled debuff when survivors are inside it. As of right now it has a LUDICROUSLY high chance to only grant the score event when making contact with survivors, rendering the entire point of this ability useless more often than not. This happens on all platforms and would like this fixed.

    When I play lich, none of the issues you described I have seen. Not saying you don't have them, but saying it seems to be a problem that is not affecting the majority of users.
