New Myers add-on idea
This add-on is based off of the Plague's add-on, Iridescent Seal.
Name: Iridescent Blade/Bloody Blade
Rarity: Ultra Rare
Effects:
-Moderately reduces speed while in Evil Within III
-Tremendously decreases the duration of Evil Within III
-Evil Within I/II becomes Evil Within III once a generator is completed and will return back to Evil Within I/II if the duration ends.
Yes, this works with the mirror add-ons.

If it works with the mirror add ons, then even if you have scratched mirror, will Evil Within go up to EW2/3?

No, it will instantly turn into EW III and then go back to EW I once the duration has ended.

This Addon would nerf Myers completely when used. At the moment when you use Corrupt Purge with this addon you move slower and it doesn't last that long not matter if you picked it up on fountains or got it cuz of a completed gen.
If Myers would get Tier 3 after a gen is done and let's say he moves with 110 % it would make him a 110 % Killer even if you just popped Tier 3 normally. You could still somehow catch up with 115 % while in Tier 2 and then pop Tier 3 when right behind the Survivor. It would be complicated, and Myers also already has his 20 Addons. The Devs said they want every Killer to have their 20 addons and their amount of rarities.
