what is disconnect from server <2140846784>?

when I was matchmaking as a survivor and when it found the lobby I disconnected from the lobby and got the message "disconnect from server <2140846784>" I don't know what it was and then I got time out and now it 1Hour before I can be matchmaking again please help me I just wanna play this game again even custom game I still can't play

    I've been facing the same issue till my matchmaking ban got up to 72h. I tried to contact with BHVR and they told me to uncheck all my perks and remove a challenge if I have one on…. none of that did work, sadly. Still have the same issue I just can not play the game I keep trying many different things all of that leads to the same way which is a matchmaking suspension.

    The number is probably the ServerID for that specific match. My guess is that you lost connection to the server for a moment and because of that you got punished for disconnecting - dbd doesn't really differentiat between leaving and losing connection.

    I don't think you can contest that, but I know this is annoying. Had that a lot a while ago because I lived in a village, still not the best but better xD
