Deathslinger should be 115%

Why is he 110% still? I can maybe understand an argument for Huntress being 110% which I don’t agree with but Slinger? Really?
Trickster being 115% and Slinger remains 110% makes zero sense. Slinger is a “ranged” killer that has to M1.
The only killers that should be 110% are killers with movement speed abilities. Blight being 115% and Slinger being 110% is hilarious honestly.
I would really love an in depth explanation of the thought process on why they make certain killers 110%
Edit: This isn’t supposed to be a question but I can’t change it.

The reason why some killers have 110% or 115% speed is due to the complexity of their power.
Slinger moving at 4.6 wouldn't make him stronger or broken but rather completely more unfair and not fun to play against because he wouldn't have any penalty for missing shots.
For slinger to be 115% they would have to revert all the changes that make him more healthier to play.

He has plenty of penalties for missing shots. When he fires he basically holds still for 2 seconds. When he reloads he moves at 70% for 2 almost seconds. Not only that but he can’t down you with his gun, it has to be an M1.
There is literally ZERO reason for him to be 110%. It’s not like he can quickscope anymore and they gave him a 32 meter TR. 115% slinger would be completely healthy and prevent him from being looped on a small rock 25 times, which is just an absurd counter that is awkward and poorly thought out.
They’re should be criteria for a killer being 110%. Right now it’s completely arbitrary and makes no sense. And nobody knows why they do it.

Then you can simply increase movement speed penalty while reloading, not hard to offset.
Point of 115% is to nerf hold W, which Deathslinger can't really deal with well.

No thanks. I'd rather have a faster ADS.

Well that’s literally never going to happen because it was “uncounterable” and survivors couldn’t react in time

that’s a double edged sword. The old slinger ADS speed was very unhealthy since it was a guarantee hit through a window or pallet, also it would make slingers that zone WAY more oppressive since you can slightly tap the ads button and you’d be instantly done with the ads animation ready to shoot. Bringing back the fast ADS would make slingers the next chucky, Very Very good anti loop but horrible map pressure. Survivors hate when the killer has an overbearingly oppressive chase ability that almost has 0 counterplay. If we’ve learned anything from skull merchant, chucky and xeno is if the killer has a very annoying and very little counterplay chase ability then they’ll get complained about enough to the point where the devs will inevitably gut them. I don’t think you’d want slinger to be the next one on the chop list.

My issue isn't that he's a 110% killer
My issue is that he's a 110% killer with a 32 meter terror radius. No 110% killer should have a terror radius above 24 meters

110% is an insane detriment that should only be placed on very good and mobile killers. Slinger has no business being 110%

Deathslinger has to stay 110% because he's one of the few killers whose slowness is part of his design as a character: his leg brace.
I'd rather buff him in other ways, though he doesn't really need much other than better add-ons. He's a very skill-dependent killer; make him too strong and good Deathslingers will be horribly oppressive like good Blights and Nurses can be.

By that logic Skull Merchant should be like 80% because she is clearly walking. And Wesker should be like 150% lol

Maybe 115% while the gun needs reloaded, after reload 110%

We may never get the old ADS back, but I'd still like it to be faster than what it is now. Find a middle ground.
