Skull merchant rework design preview
After reading this rework, I got to say that it is one of the best reworks to come to the game. The idea is amazing and will bring enjoyment on both killer and survivor side. There are a few questions I'd like to ask though.
- Will the drones move around the map by themself after being deployed? Personally, I think they should move around the map automatically when deployed but with a feature like this I think it would be cool if there was a button that allows the skull merchant to control if the drone moves around the map or if it stays stationary. This would allow the skull merchant to have some drones to detect players around the map whilst also being a good anti loop tool.
- When controlling the drone, can you freely chose the direction you can dash at or is it locked at the direction that the drone was looking at before controlling the drone?
- Her new power (global detection) is a cool concept however I believe that it should also inflict haste on the skull merchant to allow the skull merchant to make it towards the survivors at a faster rate.
- Will the skull merchant still be able to change the direction of the two beams?
Overall, this rework is amazing but I do believe that the changes listed above should be implemented whilst it will give skull merchant more to her kit and will make her a good killer whilst also allowing both sides to have fun. Amazing job team and see you in the fog.

I don't agree with this statement, they pretty much remove lots of aspects I liked about skull merchants current power

They removed the hated aspects and kept the liked aspect which is a good direction. Parts of the old design such as claw traps and stuff should return though. Skull merchant on her current state though is just awful for the player base and Skull merchant players. For most people, Skull merchant is a boring killer that doesn't have anything going with her. For Skull merchant players, she's a fun killer with a few cool aspects such as drone tapping. If they were to Buff merchant, people complain. If they nerf her, people complain. Reworking her has less complaints and will make the dbd community like her more. Is the design shown in the preview perfect? No because it doesn't incorporate as much of her old design. Is it a step in the right direction? Yes because behaviour will gather this feed back and will incorporate more of her current design and the rework draft together to make her a more likeable character to play and verse whilst also making her stronger in the tier lists.
