Reverse Vigil Killer Perk
A new Killer perk that is reverse Vigil. Survivors affected by New perk recover from Status Effects 20% slower. 40 seconds of exhaustion would take 50 seconds. Sloppy butcher would be 112.5 Mindbreaker would be 6.25 Deliverance would be 75.
It would either be map wide, and effect from a basic attack or Scourge hook, or when your in the killers terror radius.

Could be a pretty fun perk with some good synergies. I certainly would like it.

This is a perk idea I've wanted for a long time.

I really like this, more utility-based perk synergy is always nice.
Finally giving septic touch an actual use would be perfect; I think this would be the best bet.

Would be a good change to a perk that is otherwise useless. Better to change existing useless perks than add a plethora of new ones.

1 sloppy should just be reverted 2 this perk is useless since sitting on a gen gets rid of exhaustion
