Would Plague benefit from seeing all her fountains or having fewer fountains?
I’m still trying to learn her, and I can’t help but feel how her puke is so harmless. You get puked on as a survivor and if you escape you get a free instant heal, no time or perks or items necessary. I mean that in itself should justify making her power stronger considering she gives the antidote free of charge. Heck, the small price of corrupt purge is insignificant when you remember you can stun her out of it and it’s timed.
But I wonder if survivors had fewer wells, or she could see them at all times, or maybe survivors need to not have well locations handed to them on a silver platter - if that would improve her weak situation.

I don't think either of those changes would really help her at all.

I think that the fountains shouldn't heal survivors. That's one of the main things that prevent her from being a strong killer.

As a first step I would make it so that the survivors never see the auras of Pools of Devotion. Theses things are everywhere, often right next to a hook or generator and make a very disctinctive noise allready.

My thoughts as well. This is the major thing holding her back as it destroys all of her pressure. She'd have rank 1 potential if they removed it.

Personally, I just wish that the fountains would only heal if they took damage from getting broken. I shouldn't have to hold off on attacking a survivor just because they'll get a free heal if I got them a little sick at some point. My choice is to either only use her power in a chase, or not use it at all. Being locked into a playstyle like that isn't exactly fun.

Can we just forget about plague real fast like we did with clown?

Without changing how they work, I do think being able to see them would help with map pressure and gen defense.

They're all clean when no ones using them. It is somewhat a mid NOED, but you're also now chasing them down as a trapper with no traps. Against competent survivors that is a long time of looping. Also without healing that is an insane gen rush as no time at all is wasted healing or going to fountains, giving her very little map pressure.

Puking in survivors is more of a judgment call for the plague.
I only hurl on them if I:
A) Intend to commit to a chase, intend on putting them in the broken status and then dropping them in one swing.
B) Just to get the disease moving on them without striking them. Survivors seem to be reluctant to take the disease off unless they are injured, so if anything it just irritates them.
I don’t hit them with vomit, hit them, and then lose them. I don’t want to give them that added benefit of healing at the fountain. You will either take the disease off when healthy or run around and risk me hearing you while you cough... If that happens, I will then choose option A.
Just really depends on what I want to do. Either way you are wasting time or spreading the disease.

Or just play either huntress or leatherface you know?
Or just stick to Billy/Nurse.
Why are new killers released that nobody plays in the first place?

her fountains shouldnt spawn so out of the way. like on swamp they can spawn in the corner of the map, making getting corrupt purge from them waste a lot of time.
this defenitely shouldn't be a thing. the heal is what gives survivors incentives to use them. if they didn't heal, smarter players would just deny her corrupt purge, and stay injured (they already do, but it would be more prominent in solo play)

Personally? I don’t like leatherface or the huntress. I go by how a character looks and feels when I play them. I am not out to always 4K, not out to rise to rank 1 (though I have been there plenty), and have nothing to prove. This game is just fun for me and a change of pace from what I usually do.
That makes your point invalid on a personal level, but it is very valid point to many others. There is no draw to bring people to this killer due to the fact she lives in the low/middle tier of the killer pack.

The only time this plays out so nicely in this fashion is when the survivors are potatoes and literally let you have your last gens all stacked together on the same side, an unrealistic expectation.

They have to escape chase or hook get to fountain without you hearing the vomiting then use the fountain and get out of sight from the fountain. So you escape and get healed while Plague gets a visual and audio notification of where you are and gets corrupt purge which does damage. They balance each other out. I use her very aggressively, I stick to survivors like glue constantly vomiting on them and gens. Shes really good with the 3 gen strat.

I dunno. That sounds pretty cool as far as killer gameplans go and take a *ton* of setup for her that can still get wrecked by competent or coordinated survivors.
Why not let Plague have a niche as a strong 3gen Killer?
