Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Randomly while playing, the game (or more like my mouse and keyboard) will be no longer affect the game as if someone hit the "Windows" key to be able to use different monitors.

Sadly, its not something that can be screenshotted or how to reproduced it as it happens randomly. Sometimes one or two games go by before it happens again, and I've only had one game where it happened twice. All with zero warning.

This seems to be a technical issue, if you still require assistance you can ask other forum users in the Ask the Community section (https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/categories/ask-a-question) since we do not offer technical support on this platform.

Had it happen multiple times very randomly, only since the engine update.

This is still happening, and it's very annoying. Windowed, fullscreen, and borderless all still produce the error.

If I would have to speculate do you guys have controller plugged in the pc while you are playing? It could be that its some reason causing the game to switch to it briefly.

If you are all running on a PC with an actual graphics card instead of onboard graphics and multiple monitors, you need to go into your graphics card settings and make sure the refresh rates on each of your monitors are set correctly and the same. So if you have one monitor with a 120 refresh rate and one with a 144, you want them both set to 120.
