Why am i getting matched with a syringe, a BNP with a cracked toolbox and p100s in a half SWF? (i asked them) ?
I didn't even know how the power worked for the first half of the match and got 1 hook before gens were done and only got the 2 kills because they got overly altrustic in the end game.

It's because per-killer MMR doesn't really have that much sway compared to your main value, I'm pretty sure.
If you have thousands of hours, you'll also get matched against players with thousands of hours.

You're gonna get a bad mmr until your ghoul mmr stabilized to a certain number of win/lose for him. Overall it just mmr being mmr.

2 kills and 2 outs on your first time trying a Killer against that stuff seems fine to me. What’s the problem here?

Rather than specific values it would be interesting to see standing of your killers basically compared only to your values.
So it can't be really used to compare with other people (not like it would matter), you just see who has highest MMR between your killers.

Seeing just your own mmr per killer would be a fantastic start. I can't think of a single game with mmr that doesn't show it to you.

I mean, that’s really impressive? SWF, Sabo, Syringres, 2 p100, and on your very first match on a killer you’ve never played before— you got a tie.
If this shows anything I think it’s your high skill level. Using this match as an example you might be getting 4ks by your 3rd or 4th match. Well done!

Again, people keep looking only at the OUTCOME of the match. I got a single hook the entire game, and the only reason it was a draw is because the survivors just threw the game at the end.

my first game was vs someone that knew how to play the killer. I’m on console so I never got a chance to test out the PTB. I got destroyed by a ghoul on my vs first game. They got better after. I’m sure they will for you too

I won't lie having something like a combination of matchmaking can help with testing out the killer while Custom matches exist their mostly limited to what the bots are programmed to do. So while your there just learning the killer your facing people who got to do the PTB and basically know how the killer acts
