SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: My account had both Awaken Ghoul and Yui's Rabbit skin these are now missing
PLATFORM:PC Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I had both skins yesterday and now they are default and back in the store.
VIDEO: Here's my Vod I played with the skins for 11 hours as well as 2 screenshots showing as obviously 11 hours is long to go through
I'm not sure what to put for logs, I had items and now they are missing

It was a bug. They were not meant to be free. So they were not taken away. We were never meant to have them in the first place.

I have the same issue. I bought these cosmetics with auracells but they've gone missing the day after.
