Temporary match blocking

Good day. I encountered such an error that recently (about two weeks) sometimes the game crashed in the middle of the match and gave a temporary ban. Everything is 101% fine with the Internet, but in this way I have already accumulated a ban for 3 days. And the funniest thing is that today I waited for the unban, started searching and AS SOON AS IT ENDED I WAS KICKED OUT OF THE LOBBY AND AGAIN GAVE A BAN FOR 3 DAYS, NOT BAD, HUH? How can this be appealed, because this is already sort of comedy

    For the first drop down select dead by daylight and then fill out the rest of the sections. The contact reason box allow you to pick 'ban appeal' 'DC penalty appeal' 'bug report' and others. Just choose what you'd like them to categorize it as. For you, I believe the best would be 'DC penalty appeal'.
