I just unlocked Kates shirt for the event but I don't have access to it? I reset the game and everything and still not there.

    Make sure it definitely unlocked - I was having issues yesterday and had to restart my console (after restarting the game several times) because it wasn't actually unlocking. It's also green rarity in the customisation section, it doesn't show as an event cosmetic.
