Does BHVR Look At Reports Of Post-Game Chat Abuse?

All of these have been reported for leaving homophobic and transphobic messages in the Post-Game Chat and I have yet to get report feedback for these accounts, meaning as far as Im aware no action has been taken against them. After checking some of the accounts (since I still have unedited screenshots), but not all the accounts, some of them still play DBD, and some of them were still actively on the game.

Meanwhile, I get report feedback for reporting people for cheating, since they end up getting banned eventually. Either that or they get banned because they would receive a large amount of reports. But I have yet to get report feedback for this kind of stuff, this is also with my going the extra step to file the Player Report Support Ticket.

Their TOS states that temporary bans are given for Communication Abuse, which includes hateful speech and repeated harassment, which it is clear is the case here since they are targeting me based on my identity and sending hate my way as a result.

Do reports like these get ignored or somehow there is an automated system that ignores these? Do these gets overlooked? I really have no idea, it feels like my reports do nothing.
