Haste Stacking and Babysitter
How will Haste stacking affect Babysitter and more specifically Babysitter+Borrowed Time? Unhooking grants haste, Borrowed time merely increases that duration BUT Babysitter increases the speed for its own time.
Instructions Unclear.

Unless they give it a compensation buff, Babysitter (and No One Left Behind) would be negatively impacted by this change.
Current system:
Babysitter starts when you get unhooked.
Base BT starts when you regain control of your character (about 1 second after Babysitter activates)
So you get 20% Haste for 10 seconds and then 10% for 19 seconds (the remaining Babysitter duration, basically 1 second gets wasted during the unhook animation)
Under the new system:
Assuming that the perk is unchanged, you would just get 10% Haste for 29 seconds (again, about 1 second is wasted) and the base BT haste would essentially be void as its the same strength with a lower duration.
With the actual BT perk and Babysitter together, then in the current system it'd be 20% for 20 seconds and 10% for 9 seconds, with the new system still just 10% for 29 seconds.

I feel like Babysitter and No One Left Behind should be left out of this change and continue to stack.
The devs clarified that not all perks related to Haste or Hindered will get restriced, so here's hoping.🙏

From the update
[CHANGE]Introduced small buffs to Perks which previously relied on stacking.
So we're all waiting to see what the specific number will be, but it does seem to be something they are aware of.

I personally don't trust BHVR to buff all these haste/hindered perks properly to make them all worth running in their own way. Will likely take years for many survivor and killer perks to become relevant again if they push through this change.
