Performance Issues on AMD

I recently got a new computer and my game performance has been terrible.

Constant stuttering and frame drops happens often. It's getting unplayable.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

I have a Ryzen 7 7800x3d - Radeon 7800xt -32gb of DDR5 RAM - 2tb Samsung NVME SSD

I'm running out of ideas on how to fix this.

    IMPORTANT DETAIL I LEFT OUT:

    DBD is the only game that i've been experiencing issues on, everything else plays fine.

    I got the same issues. I have a 4090 with a 7700X, 64 gb of Ram and 8 Terabytes of storage.

    I think it’s a server issue my friend. Probably not you.
