Claudette skin Easter Egg?

I just noticed that in the store for Claudette, one of her rare outfits has an extra line in it, "What's the story…?" for her Morning Glory outfit. The other re-colors of this one do not have that line of text.
Is this some kind of easter egg or reference to something?

When the store was first added a lot of skins were just recolors like this, and a lot of them are similar in the sense where usually one of them have added flavor text

A lot of old skins had extra text on certain sets or pieces, usually a reference. Cosmetic descriptions used to be more fun.
