Add on not showing in Bloodweb

So I have been playing the Ghoul primarily and I have him leveled up to about halfway through P4. Pretty much every game i use the coffee add on, as most people also probably do. However i somehow am getting ZERO coffee add ons in my bloodweb. I havent played a TON of games with them, probably only 50, and while i have around 200 of the other three add ons i have one coffee. Mind you the one coffee add on came after i spent 600k bp. Yep, after six HUNDRED THOUSAND blood points i only managed to get a single specific brown add on. Is this happening to anyone with certain killers? And is there any way to fix it?

    Yes this is an issue with Fresh Coffee, it does not appear in the bloodweb as often as it should.
