SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Lara's perk "Hardened" is not working properly against Kaneki's ultra rare addon

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: While playing as survivor, and facing so many Ghouls using the ultra rare addon that makes survivors scream, I've decided to counter its effects by using Lara's perk "Hardened". However, the perk is only canceling the screams, and it is not showing the killer's aura. But only by the effect of the addon. It works normaly during every other screaming event.

    I believe the add-on is bugged with all forms of anti-scream, as it makes people in lockers scream too, which shouldn't be the case.
