Is the bulk BP spending coming in the anniversary PTB?

Will the BP spending update come sometime in between now and the anniversary or will it be released during the anniversary PTB? Since it was not in the Ghoul's PTB and it is not in the PTB released this week.

I was hoping we would have had it for the Blood Moon event. I have almost 7 million bloodpoints. I really need a faster way to spend my points.

Yes.
The phase 1 of the QOL takes it up to the anniversary update, and bulk bp spending is on there.
There is also map offering and spawn rules, go next prevention, gamma changes.0 -
